Makiwara have long been used by martial artists to toughen their hands, feet, knees and elbows. This 8′ Makiwara Rope has been treated with a specially formulated brine to aid conditioning. It wraps around the base of a wavemaster to create a striking surface. Can be combined with other ropes for additional length. Base not included.
